Resource
Finding someone in a Riverside County jail.
The Sheriff publishes a public inmate locator. Here is how to use it and what to do when the record has not posted yet.
What you need
- The person's full legal name, spelled as it appears on their ID.
- Date of birth, if you have it.
- The city where the arrest happened, or the arresting agency.
If nothing shows up
Booking records post after intake is complete, which can take several hours. A person may also still be at a city police station awaiting transport. Try the search again later and review the official facility directory. A missing result does not establish whether someone is in custody.
